<tr><td colspan="2"> </td><td class='diff-marker'>+</td><td style="color: #222; font-size: 88%; border-style: solid; border-width: 1px 1px 1px 4px; border-radius: 0.33em; border-color: #a3d3ff; vertical-align: top; white-space: pre-wrap;"><div><ins style="font-weight: bold; text-decoration: none;">，一帖後頭部瘙癢止，是夜睡眠大佳。第二日再來雖筋肉疼痛未差，但我認為方證既已符合，縱使一時不能兼收各症之效，亦不宜輕易變換方劑，乃連用原方一禮拜而悉數收效。第一帖頭部瘙癢止、髮垢大減，則為始料所不及，因為頭部瘙癢及多髮垢，在臨床經驗上多屬[[麻杏苡甘湯]]的正面證，而本患者服一帖則差大半，真使我感覺意外之收穫。二帖後項背肩、腕骨、臀部等神經痛亦已見效，而七日間將一年半之宿疾一掃而盡。後來正擬治療其雀斑，旋因其夫調職離開遂作罷。治療原則除雀斑留待後日看月經情形再作第二步驟，其他症狀先行治療。考慮[[麻杏苡甘湯]]，或[[桂麻各半湯]]。前力出金匱要略風濕病，後者出傷寒論太陽篇，前力主風濕關節痛，兼及髮垢叢生、頭部瘙癢。後者主太陽病「不得小汗出」-故身發癢而兼及神經痛。此二方對本患者頗為適合，因此取捨相當費心，最後決定先投以[[桂麻各半湯]]，而以傷寒論之「項背強急」-宜[[葛根湯]]，則以藥理言之，葛根亦為緩解項背─即僧帽筋─之主藥。於是於[[桂麻各半湯]]中加葛根。《朱木通醫案》</ins></div></td></tr>
